RuralWork (ABN [your ABN]) runs ruralwork.com.au, a website where employers advertise jobs and people looking for work can find them. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What we do and don’t do

We publish job listings provided by employers, check them before they go live, and pass applications from job seekers to employers. We are not the employer, recruiter or agent for any job, and we are not party to any employment arrangement. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for meeting their legal obligations, including pay, conditions and workplace safety.

Accounts

Posting jobs and creating a job seeker account are free. Job seekers must give accurate profile details. Employers must give accurate business details and keep their login secure. We may refuse, edit, remove or expire any listing, and suspend any account, at our discretion, including where a listing breaches our posting policy.

Using the site

Don’t misuse the site, copy listings in bulk, or use it to send spam. Information on the site, including visa guides, is general information only and is not legal, migration or tax advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss arising from any job, employer or listing on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
